CELL-mix / EzyRock is novel rocking unit for use with disposable Bioreactor system for the cultivation of animal, insect, and plant cells using sinusoid wave agitation induced by a rocking motion. This agitation system provides good nutrient distribution, off-bottom suspension, and excellent oxygen transfer without damaging fluid shear or gas bubbles. Which enables easy scale-up, the single-use bag eliminates the need for cleaning and/or sterilization between batches, saving valuable time and money plus Additions and sampling are possible without the need for a laminar flow cabinet. The unit can be placed in an incubator requiring minimal instrumentation. These features dramatically lower the operating expenses of the laboratory/pilot scale cell cultivation system. the system can also be used  to mix materials of any viscosity or density difference eliminates the need for a mixing tank and conventional mixer .

Temperature measurement and control

SEPARATE CONTROLLER FOR The temperature of the liquid inside the single-use bag is controlled and measured using flat PT100 temperature sensor (sticking on the outside of the bag) and a silicon heating blanket positioned under the bag / tray. Max. Temperature 40oCelsius. Power 24 V.

PHOTO-Biosim ….The future lighting for plant growth

SSL (Solid state lamps) plant light has some very unique characteristics useful for plant growth applications. An important characteristic is the spectral distribution of light in the wavelengths region of 450-500 NM and 630-700 NM,  these bands are critical for normal plant growth as they fall within the Photo-synthetically Active Radiation, PAR, (400-700), Which plants primarily use for this critical biological process and also favorable for confined applications such as micro-propagation.  Another useful characteristic is long useful life about 100,000 hours and the high-energy conversion efficiency, substantially cooler than other light sources. System save energy by using less ventilation and cooling needs for growing plants in culture room , Secondly this provides new opportunities for enhancing growth of several hard to grow plants or plants that require a specific range of light-spectrum.
